Erin Padgett and her team made my wedding day PERFECT! I could not have done it without her, she is amazing. She was always responsive – texting, emailing, and meeting with me and my mom whenever we needed her. You would never know that she has multiple weddings because she makes you feel like your wedding is her top priority at all times – I don’t know how she does it. She is always so positive and upbeat and you can tell that she is so passionate about what she does. She knows all of the wedding industry vendors and she knows all of the little tips to make everything flow perfectly during the planning process and on the big day. BEST WEDDING PLANNER! The Best Wedding Planner Award goes to. . . Erin Padgett of Erin Padgett Events and her team!!! Shortly after our daughter got engaged, friends began to tell us the best thing they did for their daughters’ weddings was to hire a Wedding Planner. Our initial thoughts were, “We’re quite organized, and we can pull this off on our own”. However, the more we contemplated this; we decided the Wedding Day might be more enjoyable if we didn’t need to worry about any of the particulars and what a backup plan might be, should one of the many vendors one deals with, not deliver what was promised. After interviewing several planners separately and upon meeting Erin, my daughter and I unanimously agreed that Erin HAS to be our planner! In the 12 months of utilizing Erin’s expertise, we have never looked back and we count our lucky stars that we hired her! She not only became a great resource for ideas, recommendations, vendor discounts (since she’s in the “business”) she became our friend and ally. When we had multiple issues with the venue liaison and I happened to mention it to her, she confidently stated, “I got this, this is what I do”. She resolved each and every issue for us, beyond our expectation!!! Erin even managed to get quicker responses from the various vendors than I was. We’ve been married for two full days and cannot stop talking about how perfect our day was much of which is due to our amazing wedding planner, Erin! Upon getting engaged we reached out to more than a few coordinators with a plan for ‘Day of’ coordination. Once we met with Erin we knew we wanted to work with this spunky girl. We even decided to have her help with more than just the ‘day of’ stuff – and I am so glad that she did. I had no clue about wedding planners in the area and I was referred to Erin Padgett Events and could not have been happier. Erin made my life as a bride SO much easier and for that I will be forever thankful to her! We used her as a partial planner/day of coordinator and she went WAY above and beyond the call of duty for us. From the day we had our first meeting she was so friendly & welcoming – you just couldn’t help but like her :). My husband and I agree that working with Erin Padgett Events was the best decision we made through the wedding planning process!! Tiffany was our lead planner, and she was absolutely amazing from day one. She was knowledgeable about all vendors, but we specifically loved her recommendations and advice about: florists, cakes, DJ, rentals, and transportation. She helped us negotiate contracts, which saved us hundreds of dollars with each vendor. During the planning process, Tiffany was always available via email or text and responded quickly to my random questions. It was so great to have feedback from someone who was confident and experienced. She was the one I would call when my MOH and husband were sick of hearing about things like invitation fonts, place cards styles, and linen colors. She was always patient, thoughtful, reassuring, and kind. During wedding week, Tiffany managed all of the little details, like assembling our hotel welcome bags, and she even ran our rehearsal. On wedding day she was a rock star. She kept everyone on schedule, was calm and cool under pressure, and was our go-to with any questions or concerns. The best part of the whole experience was when we walked into the reception and were stunned by how beautiful it was!! One of the first things I said to my new husband was “this looks so much better than I ever imagined.” It was truly incredible! I was scrolling over the reviews and every single one of them had a 5 star rating…..that is because it is well deserved! Not only did Candace guide me and my daughter as we were planning the wedding, she assured me, as the mother of the bride, that everything that daywould be perfect…and it was! Having the reception at our house was very challenging, but the professionalism of Candace and her team made the day go “smooth as silk” – it was beautiful and fun and the compliments from the guests go on and on. It was a true pleasure working with Candace….she’s just AWESOME. My daughter and I said it a million times that Candace was the best and we just don’t know what we would have done without her! The only negative is that now I will not have a reason to talk to Candace and I am gong to miss her! It was the best money we spent!
